All units contain a NEW washer/dryer set located in the bathroom. The kitchen has a built-in microwave above the range, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Beautifully crafted granite counter tops and modern lighting grace the kitchen as well. Each bedroom has a closet and ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling fan in the spacious living room. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a semi-open floor plan. Flooring is carpet in the bedrooms and wood throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom.
Safety is very important to us at Mountain Village. Each apartment is equiped with a deadbolt lock and a 24-hour smoke alarm monitoring system. Apartments can also be customized to fit renters safety needs with added grab bars, ramps, etc.
